Stroker kit for 4.2? Who has stroked their 4.2? Yep since I was taking off the timing cover I decided to drop the pan too. A lot of metal! So now I have the choice to stock it or stroke it. Is it worth it? __________________ No Bad Days!

I never intended to use the pistons I was going High comp. But I scrapped the project, so now i want to sell these parts. Hey I had a quick question for anyone that has a stroker kit or knows a lot about them. I am planning on getting a 302 stroker in my 03 cobra along with ported heads, cams everything. Is getting a stroker kit a bad idea for high boost aplications? I might get a teksid block to save some weight would I be better of stroking that block for engine longitivity? A few people have said...

Hot news, I'm currently developing a 3.4 litre stroker kit for the 2JZ-GTE engine. Its in early stages at the moment but will be released in about 3 months time approx, may be sooner if the manufacturers do there stuff. The crank will be made in the UK by one of the leading manufacturers, 94mm EN40B billet crankshaft. You'll have the option of running your own choice of conrods. ...

Unless your talking about investing in a race block, stroker kits seem really expensive. You can make more than enough power on the factory bore and stroke to split the block. So why bother with a stroker kit?
