Okay. I've come to the end of this log. Last night was the final day of my PCT and my chest and triceps workout. Even before I started training I managed (very cleverly) to split my lip against my teeth when my hand slipped off my elbow wrap as I was pulling it on. progress *is* linear. it's not completely precise all the time, because you're right in that there are a lot of variables that come into play determining how much muscle or strength we gain from workout to workout. still, we do know that by passing through certain points--adding X weight here, or Y reps here--we will reach a point beyond those where we are capable of even more. logging ...
