Good morning: I am evaluating Retrospect Multi-Server addition. I am running the client on a Windows 2000 File Server. Currently, I get two errors: 1) Roff is not installed on this system, the volume will not be frozen. 2)Can't use Open File Backup option (disk/server) error - 1012 (feature unsupported). Sounds like I am missing a component? Is there any additional debugging that can be done?...
