Max Effort Upper Body Today. Bench Press was my first excercise and went as follows. (Working to a 3RM): 135x5 , 185x5 , 205x5 , 225x3 , 235x3, 245x3 , 250x2 - The bolded sets are both New Personal Bests for me. I am going to have to attribute these gains to h-drol. I dont think I could have reached these weights and reps in this amount of time without it. So far thats apx a 25 lb. ...

I have some liquid D-bol from a UGL I have bought a couple things though before but still not sure how good it was due to lack of experience with chemicals. After 1 week on D-bol what should I be experiencing if anything? Diet is good, workout is also very good. No noticeable gains in weight or strength, no water retention or excessive pumps. Well, I think that about covers the peptide suite ?all that is needed to complete this cycle is the addition of your prefered testosterone combo (cyp, e, prop, etc.) and you have a great combination for bulking or cutting. I can't remember where I found this originally, but I found it on my hard drive today and remember it as being a very good read! HGH does work ...

Ok, I decided to start cycling again after 17 years off. I wanted that 20 year old body again. I never stopped training, just stop cycling. But it just not the same getting old training with injuries and losing strength. I am 45yrs 5'11" around 194lb. I have been training for 30yrs. And have started using short 6 week '> cycle

Hey, I' m 24 yrs old 6'0 185 lbs and 9% body fat from NJ... been a member for a few years I've done one '> diet is below average for acheiving my ideal weight but have no problems adjusting that. I have eaten to reach my goal and my weight goes up as much as 195 if I eat healthy and get what I need, the problem is no matter what I can't get over 195 and keep that hard look. Any help would...

Thanks guys, well I've been on my current program for about 8 months the strength is there I'm squating 315 while benching 285 in sets. Which for me is the strongest I've been since I took that poorly planned

4 weeks into test prop at 70mg/day gained 10 pounds and tons of strength but... hairs noticeably starting to thin on my temples, lots of the hairs seem to be a lot thinner at the base and don't have any pigment for the first quarter inch now, my once brown hairs are coming in clear. it seemed to start after i took some '> cycle today as my hair is more import to me than getting any ...
