Currently the bike is being offered with Sram X-9 twist shifters and pedals are not included unless you'd like a free set of ...

I'm considering buying a Stumpy FSR Expert or an Epic Expert, and wanted to get some input. I currently ride a 2004 Stumpy Comp...hard tail. Just rented and rode a full suspension Stumpy, and cannot justify NOT buying a full suspension bike!! The Stumpy and Epic are the same price. Seems to me that the differences are the Stumpy is more"plush", while the Epic is stiffer...more of a race setup. ...

I'm trying to decide between these two carbon HT 29ers (after riding a 26er Epic for a couple years). Prices are roughly comparable. Has anyone compared them head to head? I expect to have enough money left over to build a nice light set of race wheels to add to the mix. Any other comparable 29er HTs that I should consider over these two?
