THANK YOU JIM! Couldn't get this confirmed on the Adobe board. Is the update scheduled for this month? What a dumb mistake. Other P2 quirks. The media brower rules and saves so much time. Wish bridge could preview P2. Wish P2 would work in Soundbooth and Photoshop. The transcribe feature also can't read p2 mxf and so you have to convert to wave files if you want to use it.
