Can anyone confirm that the replacement of the O-Rings on the adjustment unit fixed there issue? I figure thats why i have so much Vanos noise on start up sometimes. I figure the pressure just leaks past the o-rings and the accumulator cant do its job properly. Id say if the car sits for more than 4-6 hours the noise is pretty loud at start up....

I could use an o-ring kit for teh Threshold...... I would check that sail ring as well as the rings on top of the solenoid....just to be safe.

New battery, check and listen for leaks. Also, solutions could be changing the o-rings on the HPR, LPR and ram. Check the wire connections to the board and solenoid. And you didn't use grease on your ram did you?

The parts kit is a good buy. It will contain most of the o-rings in the marker. My advice at this point would be to assume that you are going to need to replace all the o-rings inside the marker. You will also want to service the solenoid since the reg was opened all the way. Once that is done, the marker should function correctly.

Yes, the solenoid. remove the end cap and relube the o-rings with Dow33 or equivalent. DP lube also works very well and can be found at some PB stores
