Set the Midi transmit channel of the Prophet to off if that is an option in the Midi Utility section - or set it to 2-16 and make sure the Midi channel of Ultrabeat in the Inspector is not set to all but to "1".

OK, this is crazy. Running Logic Pro on a brand new Mac Pro machine. I have a Roland PC-200 MIDI controller and a MIDISPORT4x4 interface.
