I am going to change services this month. I have been on Sprint for two years, and am moving to Verizon. I have been using Palm for contacts/address book, calendar, notes, and a variety of other applications for YEARS. And, I have been syncing to Outlook for the same period of time. First of all and for your interest, Itunes is not compatible with the blackberry Bold, different formats. Oak, There were a few reasons I said the price was too high. Needless to say, they are subjective and may only be my viewpoint, but here they are... 1. I don't need some huge, in depth program that has loads and loads of features.
