I've gotten a bunch of great slow cooker meals (
lasagna, chili, roast, salsa chicken). My problem is that I work during the day so I'm gone from 6:30am - 4pm. Most slow cooker meals aren't designed to be cooked, even on Low, for 10 hours. In addition, I'd like to be able to make the meal the night before, refrigerate it, then plug it in in the morning and forget about it. Is there any ...
