I can access the web page if I type in the IP address on a networked computer ...

You may have to try from an external address, as your router may not support internal loopback You can use the many port checker sites to see whether those ports are open

Hello, Beside what everybody else wrote, I can add following: After you have checked your current IP in http://whatismyip.com/ or even in Firewall settings (when you click Add rule the new popup will show what is your current IP), you can go to http://www.ripe.net/ and enter your IP address there. This will give you the entire IP range assigned to your ISP. And you may be 100% sure...

Well I thought I would give Sky a ring this morning as its been 3 weeks and the router had not bee resynched since day 3 and was still synched at 10mbps. After a quick chat with the guy I was put straight through to Tier2 who resynched my line to 15mbps, set the max delay to 8 and now I get about 1.5MB/s downstream and a ping of 28. Happy days
