I have a customize built 2007 gary fisher rig for sale. the bike weighs 19.5 lbs and rides great. it is amazingly light and responsive. It is fully rigid and loaded with bontrager race light everything. I think it is a 17.5 in frame. I am 5'11 and it would fit anyone within several inches either direction. I would like to get $500 for it. Here is what is on the bike:...

I rode a geared bike then got into track bikes, then got into singlespeed 29ers and I love them. I'm about to build up a single speed free ride bike. single speed is just really really addicting. Not much upkeep also. Track Bike For the City, 29er for the Trails but I bought a much smaller cog for my 29er, so now I use it in the city when the weather is crappy. Single Speeds are ...

ok - here it finally is.... the new bike. No more singlespeed (at least a mountain bike - still have the track bike) - no more rigid bike... I've totally fell off the wagon and gone fully suspened and geared! ...lol I literally just got it done today and I love it - the neighborhood ride was very nice - I'm definitely excited about it. Just a quick update. I bit the bullet and ordered a set of custom built wheels: stans flow 29er rims dt swiss comp spokes - black navy alloy nips Chris King ISO Disc navy hubs F/R. Giving mikesee (lacemine29) a try after reading all the positive feedback on the forums. So far his service has been top notch. I was looking to build a somewhat bombproof set of wheels that could ...

Morganton is about 20 miles away. I'd called Wilson's a Pisgah equvilant. Most of the Big hucks and Jumps are slight detours on the same trails that the XC riders are ridin so you can go big or cruz it though just like Pisgah theres some awesome technical sections to deal with. I've ridden Wilson's on everything from a 5 inch travel full suspension to a rigid 29er singlespeed and have always ...

After riding a sudo singlespeed bike all season (08 Stumpy Hardtail 29er and just wouldnt shift gears) my chain is incredibly stretched as well as my cassette, these parts were definately not made for the amount of torque when singlespeeding (I'm a strong rider). I want to turn it into a singlespeed next year because I guess my bike can do it, and I like the idea of raw power and simplicity ...

Get a mountain bike with any of these, or better yet, with all of them. 29er wheels (69er if you really want to stand out) rigid fork SINGLESPEED dropbars give it a horrible paintjob and be proud of it Just teasing (and venting), but still, add to the list. inb4 "make a thread about how to make up for not being good"
