i'm pretty stoked about my latest purchase this bike was a 2 time season winner, 5 time season top 3 finisher, top 3 overall season and ridden in the world championship single speed mountain bike circuit. not the model... but this actual bike. it's fun as shit.

I ride every day. I have three bikes. A mountain bike, a single speed and a fixed. My fixed is immaculate and I basically use it as a trainer. When I have to go in town, and I know I'm going to be locking up, I'll ride one of the other two. That is how you keep it nice.

I think unicycles have got similar benefits to fixies for health, as they require the back-pressure on the pedals for descending hills etc, with the additional benefits of a good workout for the core muscles, as the riding position is totally upright and control is via the abdominal and back muscles.
