Being a modular it was affordable, was built quickly, and is rather green considering the practices they use. http://www.vlineind.com/html/home.html I have been considering some of the products from V-line Industries. The HideAway for a quick acces that is all mechanical using a simplex lock. The Closet Vault mounts between the studs in the wall so it will not take up space. Look at their cabinets as well for lockable storage under the bed.
