As for the climbing Carabiners, I've always kept two with me and more than I can count have used them for just about anything. Being it strapping the bag to a rope and lowering it down while climbing, or just a few months ago, we were climbing a really hard area in Arkansas, and the wife said she was having trouble with her bag as it was slowing her down too much. I took her backpack off, ...

On a trench coat or safari jacket, I find the space between the button-end of the epaulet and the collar useful for holding a camera- or bag-strap in place without resorting to strapping it in with the epaulet. Anna looked on aghast at the drama that was unfolding. She had heard about the Lochgelly tawse from someone who had seen and felt it. The description of the thickness of the leather and its ability to produce an intense sting had made her feel weak at the knees and she was not at all confident of her own ability to take the punishment which was shortly about to start. Oh shit, how do I ...

On my JMT trip, one of the bolts/screws for my shoulder straps loosened and was lost. Fortunately, Martin had some cable ties with him and we were able to rig the shoulder strap and it held for the remainder of the trip. I dropped and cracked my filter early on in the trip. Did a quick patch job with duct tape, strapping tape and electrical tape. It held for a couple of weeks and finally died ...

I had problems with my right shoulder for about 20 years. One physio even told me I would only have 80% use of my shoulder for the rest of my life! A couple of years after that I saw a different physio, who used completely different techniques. Instead of just giving up on me she called in her boss, who, after a few minutes of gazing at my shoulder, discovered that my scapula was in the ...

(Alright, new story up for me. So if you have a comments, critiques or whatever please use my comments thread that is available. Thanks. Note that this time it is in the style of a manga chapter rather than anime episode. Enjoy.) The castle was safe now; it had been defended well against the overwhelming numbers of enemy soldiers that laid siege to its walls. As the rising moon bathed...

"Ahhhhhhh!" Sumizome screamed as she aggressively grabbed a hair straightener and slammed it onto her locks of brown hair. Quickly descending it down the streaks, the knotted messy hair turned into a straight shape with a fragrant smell. Seeing as she had just finished showering and used her special strawberry shampoo along with her white raspberry soap. Ahh, she smelled so good, but ...
