Way too much focus on the smaller muscles there. Your biceps will get plenty of stimulation from compounds like rows and pullups. As funk said before, you really don't need direct shoulder works except for the rear delts, they're getting hit plenty of times in your various push movements. You don't have any stability work in for your core, it's all movement based. Try adding some stuff like...

This morning's workout was fantastic! Hit shoulders and biceps. The best part was that GJ came along with me today. I think she's realizing my workouts aren't quite as bad as she would like to be able to make them out to be. Helped to have a spotter, too, and push out 20lbs heavier than usual on the shoulder presses. For whatever reason the pump was far better than usual, too, even with strength ...

I think it goes without saying that any effective will have some type of periodization in place. Really, it should have multiple levels within a week. As far as burning out from lifting heavy, surely if you lift heavy every workout and continue to do so week after week you will fatigue and burn out you CNS.
