A long time ago my former pastor, Pastor Dave, said that a time was coming when Americans in general and Christians in particular, would have to choose up sides. There would be no more sitting on the fence, trying to be popular with both sides, or ignoring the whole thing, pretending that we can just merrily roll along doing business as usual. THAT TIME HAS COME. And Pastor Dave isn't ...

The citizens of our nation are no longer interested in trivial matters such as freedom and liberty. They want razzle and dazzle and a government that provides to them what they need as well as TELL THEM what they must have. I honestly do not believe there is any remedy to this situation that does not include violence. We were warned we just never took it to heart. Now, it's too late. The ...

Thank you very much. Thank you and good evening. The sponsor has been identified, but unlike most television programs, the performer hasn't been provided with a script. As a matter of fact, I have been permitted to choose my own ideas regarding the choice that we face in the next few weeks. I have spent most of my life as a Democrat. I recently have seen fit to follow another ...

Again, Scorpio, you want to talk about things which I am not really trying to look at! Fair enough. But I am heavily involved in research that has a long and detailed history and that is what I was trying to talk about...a lot of what you say is rather obvious to be honest and doesn't really penetrate the matter I am trying to call attention to. As for you being Jewish, well those kinds of ad ...

I'm not AGX struts so sedan limitations, and Prodrive STI 05+ springs so 10mm lower than a stock STI. Swaybars are stock front and 20mm oem rear. I've toyed with a wide range of damper settings to get the car to feel and behave right. My conclusion is I hate the 1:2.5 compression:rebound ratio found in these, and many other, struts. You get underdamped compression and overdamped rebound...

Quote: DirectX 11: A look at what's coming It doesn't seem all that long ago when Microsoft first started talking about what DirectX 10 would bring to game development. In fact, it was less than two years ago when we described the new pipeline and since then we've had a couple of generations of hardware from both AMD and Nvidia. With the release of Windows ...

The Curious Mind of John McCain Ambition and Emotion Color the Complex Intellect of the Candidate By Robert G. Kaiser Washington Post Staff Writer Friday, August 1, 2008; A01 In his 2002 book, "Worth the Fighting For," John McCain offered this confession -- an acknowledgment of a restless mind: "Although I seem to tolerate introspection better the older I am, there are still too many claims on ...

Logan: The guy is pretty good with his speech, I'm kind of impressed at least in comparison to George Bush, and from what I can remember as a child, Clinton. He also seems to like to surround himself with beautiful woman, don't think you can get more American then that. Read this Robert Kaiser piece from the WashPo and let's discuss: The Curious Mind of John McCain Ambition and ...

One of my favorite philosophies is Taoism for its simple, useful advice of turning the negative things in your life into positive things. Malcolm Gladwell wrote an amazing article two days ago about the uses of adversity, or, more specifically, how it can actually be an advantage. The story Gladwell tells is that of Sidney Weinberg. Quote: Sidney Weinberg...
