Who is going shopping on Black Friday? I am going to tackle it with a girlfriend of mine, we are leaving hubbies at home with the kids :) Our plan (at least until we see all the flyers!) is to go to Best Buy, WalMart, probably Target and maybe Michaels or JoAnns (do they even do big sales that day?) If the FPC can be used across different province, normally the FPC won't state how to handle tax as different provinces has different rules. However, for Ontario, by Ontario Retail Sales Tax Guide, tax is paid by whoever issue the coupon, NOT customer. If the Shoppers' cashier charges you tax on FPC, just ask him/her to talk to the manager, but NOT supervisor, as I found out supervisor has ...
