Edited on Wed Nov-25-09 07:33 PM by XanaDUer Should have one. I am going to attempt to buy one of these things this Friday. My job does a lot of community organizing and donating, and periodically sends out lists of things that teenagers locally need (sadly, abused kids, and there are a lot of them, needs school supplies and book bags). A local senior home sent out its...

Gent's Can you guys please suggest a cell phone model from Sprint for a senior citizen. So easy to use, larger keys, larger display, simple phone book to access, simple charger, etc. Bluetooth would be a big plus for hands free driving. Thanks.

Note from a friend and Instructor: "I recently was introduced to a 70ish year old gentleman at a retirement community in Florida who was supposedly a "firearms instructor". He told me he was a life member of the NRA and had been an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor for years. He had migrated to South Florida from Long Island, NY. He stated that for 40 years as a businessman in Long ...

So ,you're a senior citizen and the government says no health care for you,... what do you do? Here's a plan that gives anyone, 65 years or older, a gun and 4 bullets. You're allowed to shoot 2 senators and 2 representatives. Of course, this means you'll be sent to prison, where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head, and all the health care you need! New teeth, no problem. ...

An elderly friend of mine would like to attend the Passion Play but is unable to climb lots of stairs or walk very far- and she does not wish to use a wheelchair. Is it difficult to get around in the town and to get into the play venue with limited mobility?

Hi Lulutoo, the town itself is pretty flat, and the pedestrian zones are quite easy to move around in of course. There are a few hotels that may be close enough to the theater that she can walk there, and this is something that she should tell the booking agent when she makes her plans. At this point, the only tickets that are available are package deals that ...

I'm going to suggest " South Pacific " also since it is a classic for very good reasons. This production is simply marvelous, and the theater is well-designed, too!

Sanyo 3810 looks to have fairly large keys and larger text on the display. It looks to have about the simplest design. The Sanyo Pro series seems to have a fairly simple layout on the keypad (DC can be blocked). If it is possible to take the person that will be using it to the store that would be good. Then they can try out the phones and see which one is easier for them to make...
