How do you stop it? I work out and keep to a good plan until about 2 in the afternoon -then, its *well, I worked out so I can have a cookie* or some such nonsense and I find myself eating more than I should or more calories than I need. I have a zillion rationalizations. Maybe I just don't want it that bad. How do you
stay focused and on track - for a full 12 hours, much less 6 weeks?...
