Published through iuniverse in 2000, fiction, I'm doing this for someone and she's not interested in paying an agent but I would like a way to popularize it online. It is available through Amazon, Borders, and the like and has had a few buyers.

So far, it looks like search volume is low, except for very general searches (Civil War Novel) which are very competitive, and I doubt many of those searchers are looking to buy a self-published mystery novel about Abraham Lincoln. I'm using Google's Adwords Keywords tool to research popularity of terms like Civil War Novel Lincoln Novel Civil War Mystery Any other ideas?...
