No. When I am no longer required to carry my dept issued ammo I would not hesitate to carry ammo that I reloaded. As for not destroying evidence (your handloads), they would test the "factory" ammo..........and destroy it. I have anywhere from 1-2k rounds of ammo loaded up for my main carry. The DA can stick his hand in one of the containers and pick any round he wants to test. If...

DHart...Not necessarily true. It is true that Mr. Browning originally designed the 1911 with a 5" barrel to get the 850 +/- fps, but todays modern powders and bullets can get the same fps from shorter barrels as in yester year with longer barrels. I own a Kimber (UCC II) with what they call a 3" barrel, but only 2" are rifled. I'm pushing 185 grain bullets to 895 fps and pushing 230 grainers ...

Quote: except the part where you seem to be linking karate to non resistive/compliant training. If it comes off like that, I aplogize, because that's not what I'm trying to say. It's not really about an art, it's about the way that art is trained. I think there is plenty of good karate dojo's out there. But there are many more that train with what I consider outdated methods....

Sooooo........All AR style rifles are sold out in the 24 stores I called in the past week here in NJ. The last store I visited had sold 3 Remington R-25's which they recieved late last week on Saturday afternoon. This morning, I decided to call and check if they could put a "long wait" order in on a S&W M&P15 ORC (post ban compliant for NJ) for me and the salesman who I am friendly with told me ...

Ideally our best 11 would play every match, but the reality is that it's not possible if our better players are not to be burnt out for the run-in. Our best midfield 5 of Riera Masch Alonso SG Kuyt works brilliantly away from home, with either Torres or Keane ahead of them. I'd largely stick with that starting midfield/attack away from home and pull key players off for a rest when ...

Our defence at the mo has been at best leaky, i can only assume Macca knows it needs sorting out but what will he do. Stick with what weve got or make changes. On the whole, individual mistakes, schoolboy errors and little lapses of concentration at crucial moments are costing us, and we seem to be getting punished every time that happens. To plug up the leaks we should go 8-1-1 then at the...
