The brazillian company TecToy just announced their new console (that for the first time is not a clone of Sega hardware... ok, it has the power of a Dreamcast, but is not a clone :P) It has no external media, and works by downloading games using the cell phone network (the acess to the store is free, and the console has a internal modem already)  |

If you want to pay, there's a site at http://www.consoleclassix.com which will be happy to charge you for game playing. They're also probably the easiest way to start playing, since you just need to install their client to play some free games (many of which are the less popular NES ones anyway).
