Hey If you have no idea where to start I definitely suggest buying a book called "scrawny to brawny" it will tell you everything about gaining mass for a skinny guy. Your going to want to eat protein at every meal, and eat around 4000-5000cals. Not sure where you live but you can get the book at chapters, or amazon.com Its well worth the purchase if you don't know where to start.

I am using the prgram found in the book, Scrawny to Brawny. I used it about a year ago and gained about 15lbs in two months. Some life events got in the way and I eventually lost the weight.

I suggest you check out the book Scrawny To Brawny by Michael Mejia and John Berardi. It opened my eyes to a lot of things I wasn't aware of and is easy to understand. Don't kid yourself though. Gaining muscle takes lots of time depending on your body type. -- TO HELL WITH PARLIAMENTARY PROCEEDURE. WE'VE GOT TO WRANGLE UP SOME CATTLES!

Pickup the book 'Scrawny to Brawny.' The program is designed for tall, thin guys like us. It has been working well for me. I have put on 10lbs in 2 months on it, which is more than I have gained in the last 2 years with my homemade programs.

Yeah there is lots you'll have to learn. basically main points about bulking up and exercises, then some little things along the road here and there. I suggest starting off with the book "scrawny to brawny" if you have no idea where to start, it has it all. Has nutrition, exercises, and meal plan. just google it and check it out, if you want more information just pm me or post here.
