I am very much for this happening. We are brought up with adults attempting to (unknowingly) brainwash us into believing in god. We had assemblies every day where we had to pray to god and sing songs about god up until the end of year 8. I have posted much on here about the problems i have with a God concept. I have read some stuff on Buddhism and how it fits in with the 12 steps, i have a sense of spirituality, but find it difficult to fit that into a step 3, in turning your will over to it. I do firmly believe that the AA group is a higher power and so i am starting with that really. I have spoken to my sponsor tonight...
