Anyone ever tryed it? I have done cuts in normal saunas but now it seems one of my teammates will have to try and use a IR sauna.. i am just trying to get some info whether it works or not or what thanks in advance.

So golds gym has a hot tub/sauna I like to go to after a work out to relax. After workout, you obviously look a bit bulgier and pumped, but after you get out of the hot-tub you dont look so bulged up anymore. Did Oprah endorse Sun light Sauna as a brand? On the Oprah show Dr. OZ showed an Infrared sauna. Now Sun Light Sauna company is blasting all over the internet, claiming Oprah was endorsing their sauna but no other. They are also falsely stating many other claims. ( Jeff, I noticed on your website you sell the TheraSauna IR sauna and I was wondering if it was specifically recommended for any reason? DBF got me an Ipod Touch for an early Christmas/Channukah/Kwanza present, and it's really awesome. I want to bring it to the gym, and I usually go in the sauna after I work out. Will it melt or get damaged if I bring it in there?

Wifey has been feeling really cold for the past 3 weeks or so. She seems to be getting worse. Our house is now like a sauna in the evenings, with Wifey snuggled up in a thick cardigan as well. Hey guys, I got my first gas bill, which is for the last two months and it's $88. Is that high? The furnace is less than a year old and I keep the house around 64-67, so it's not really a sauna. I live alone so I don't use that much hot water. Thanks.
