The faggots have actually come up with a relatively clever argument ie., that since Proposition 8 fundamentally alters the state constitutional amendment's equal protection clause (it does no such thing, but liberals might be inclined to at least pretend they believe otherwise), it constitutes a revision of the state...

I just watched the video about anti-god advertisements on D.C. buses, and it just makes me wonder, do we still have the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment?  Religious groups usually can't put ads in public spaces which deny other gods: You never see ads saying "don't believe in God or Allah and accept Yahweh", or "accept God and cast down Allah and Yahweh", or...
