Trrouble- I have to say that I am normally pathetic when if comes to regularly working out. I mean for pete's sake I have keys to the gym (my FBIL owns it), I can go whenever I want for free, it is 2 blocks from my hours. there is no excuse to have a tushies as big as I have.

So what does Louis Beam propose the average American do? Easy to offer an indictment of a nebulous 'you' in order to provocateur a violent action.
