I'll be back. It was somewhat heartbreaking, but I still have two 40's and an lx450. Here is what the old girl turned in to though. She went to a very very happy, up a steep dirt road couple who will soon be online with questions for us all. My avatar is all that's left.

Like i was saying, im interested in buying a Value of a 1986 saab spg, alpine sound system, with 200k miles. The seller wants 3500 or best offer. Is this a decent price? Kelly blue book wont go past 1989,

I would: 1) determine the average yearly depreciation, then interpolate the price down the unquoted years, 2) disregard the sound system as added value, 3) search for prices of similar vehicles on Craigslist or other classifieds, 4) ask what components have been replaced and when (the more the better, the less you would have to worry about replacing$$) if you are a shrewed bargainer this info ...
