For those that do this, or have tried this.. I'm not 100% sure how to prepare, I use regular oats, so I was thinking of cooking my oatmeal 2.5 min, then adding the egg whites and cooking an additional 2.5min. I also have Steel cut oats, and oat bran, would one of those be better to use? (I'm going to try this for breakfast tomorrow, so I would have time to prepare the steel cut oats ahead of ...
