Level One IP Cam WCS-2060 - Stream with Proxy-Server

Hi there! I'm using a Level One WCS-2060 IP cam but using the camera over internet doesn't work. I can login onto the cam, but it doesn't show the video. I guess the proxy server blocks the stream but I can't find out the protocol used by the cam. So I need to know what kind of stream and which protocol is used, so I can configure the proxy server. Looking forward for help...

Hey, I'm from Canada and I'm trying to watch shows that are on US websites. Sadly due to new regulations put up they don't allow Canadian IP address to watch the shows. I'm looking for a proxy server that's located in the US and puts out an American IP address so that I can watch these shows. I've been looking around with little success, hope someone on here knows a trick or two. Any help ...
