Hi, Hope this is in the right place. Basically I ordered sky tv a couple of months ago and I was planning on getting talk and broadband as well but it's been a nightmare. The operator was correct. The address needs to be registered on the royal mail database, as this is the database bto use to install lines. your address needs to show in this database. http://postcode.royalmail.com/portal...sfinder?cat Id= You would most likely have this issue with any provider down a BT line. If your address is not showing on that database ring up the number ...
