Does it cause stomach problems for anyone else? If so how do you manage it? I've been having problems with my stomach lately feeling really off, kind of like I drank a bottle of acid or something and I've narrowed the cause down to the evening primrose.

I know that a medical ripening of the cervix (Cytotec) is OUT, since the same med that ripens the cervix also "ripens" the C/S scar, making a rupture more likely, but does anyone know what the concensus is regarding evening primrose oil?? Thanks! Blessings, Melissa

Ah. Well, since sex is kinda out d/t the physical changes to that area making things uncomfy and unfun (dh says we have a "trade embargo" currently!), then epo might be a good help then. How, exactly, do you use it again? I've only ever taken it orally. If you insert capsules, won't the capsules come out as well as the epo? Do you puncture them? etc? thanks for all your replys ... at the moment im taking 3 capsules in the morning ... i did read somewere to take between 3000mg-6000mg a day but thought i would start at the lower end gradstudentmommy, like yourself i have only been taking it a week but i havent seen any difference, but that might be because i havent O yet tho .. so far i havent had an ewcm and im on CD 8 today...
