HDD , USB wireless keyboard and have an USB hub connected for the rock band periperals. The last ...

I have just pulled my computer out of storage after a few years. I tired booting it, but it won't come up. At first, I couldn't get the screen to come on. I pulled the power from all the harddrives and pulled out all cards. Now, the splash screen shows with the dragon logo, www. soyo.com , and KT400 DRAGON ULTRA, but it just sits there.
