Tempura=type of paint made with egg whites? Right? You would think it would smell...mmmmmm.... Where did you look at this art, Tom? so day 4 week 2 of phase 2 cheated today Have been painting all weekend did not feel like cooking, went to the inlaws and had stuffed cabbage ground round, minute rice,cabbage, tomata sauce,catsup, and bacon. Tried to eat only a little meat and rice and alot of cabbage.The sad thing is it wasnt even that good. the rest of the the dat was fine. already back on track tomarrow, omelet c asparagus,...

You can Use oils without Harsh Thinners. I have found This KS Pro Company Name "Klean Strip" Turps Like, that is Non-Flam and Not as Harsh. I use it to clean my brushes at the end of a session, Not for thinning paints! DONT PAINT WITH IT! FAT LEAN, Its not about the OIL, its When Dry, How flexible your layers are. Think of it that way. Hanging on the wall, Temps go up and down, paint ...

nice man! you work hard...those life studies will pay off in your compositional piece. for your color work.. try to concentrate on learning color temperature first..meaning warm and cool...just before you start your limited palette, i think you are quite confortable with grisaille(something im just getting into), so try painting with umbers (either burnt sienna,or burnt umber,i preffer the ...

Todays weight 181 Omron 27.5% Happy Friday Everyone! Happy August 1st Well....I looked back to last summer and it seems I was in the same situation I am this year. Exact same weight on August 1st, 2007. It absolutly amazes me that I can go up and down so much on weight throughout the year. If I could only get my act together. Welcome Vicki! I bet you don't want to spend the rest of your life wearing a mask,,,great goal to work for. I went off whites once,,,awhile back,,,it was heard,,,the flour was easy it was the sugar,,,cause even tho I don't add sugar to my coffee or cereals,,,I was getting it somewhere,,,cause man I craved it. I used to eat lots of whites,,,but the protein ones,,,chicken, tuna, cottage cheese ...

I'm just starting today, but if someone could look at my meal plan and tell me if I'm doing okay with my plan, that would be helpful. I'm just concerned with over-doing it on fat...
