She "can't" rack anything. I have a P3AT and it was pointless with her. Couldn't budge it. She also hates the P3AT's feel. She couldn't rack my Star, my Makarov, my Tokarev or PA-63, either, and the Star is a really easy one.

I have a P3AT in my pocket every day and it's no effort whatsoever. When it's heavier clothing weather, I may carry a Makarov or a PA-63. If you want to carry, I suggest that you first get something that you can always have on your person. Whatever you get will be useless if left at home.

TXplt, Yes the same problem exists with the 9mm Parabellum, and the 9mm Makarov. I just tried this using a 32 Snap Cap in the barrel of a Star M-43, and an FEG PA-63. The .32 will go almost all the way through the chamber. The rim gets caught at the start of the rifled portion of the barrel. I should have been more clear about the 20/12 gauge problem. The danger there is not that you ...

I'm a comfort freak so I have a perfectly working P3AT with me, everywhere and every day. Sometimes in the heavier clothing seasons, I'll carry a tweaked PA-63 or a Makarov. Every now and then, I'll carry something very different, depending upon my mood, like my old Webley MKII or something.

azguy, Between the 9x19 and the 380 is the 9x18 makarov. I carry the extremely light and thin titanium/aluminum FEG PA-63 in this round. I also installed the ClipDraw and retired my Galco IWB holster. This is my "always carry" piece, it's very comfortable and a breeze to conceal. Clipdraw… For Secure Carry Without a Holster Here's an article: Handgunns | FEG PA-63 Also, here's...
