I'm fairly new to this phone but have had previous phone overclocked and such, my boss had the blackjack and he unlocked his and overclocked it, the phone run much faster and he was able to add unique setups on his homescreen. After reading a few more I7 overclock guides, I managed to get my 920 D0 working at 4.2 Ghz. I only tested it for 5 minutes though because the cores were heating up to 86-90 degrees, so I quickly rebooted. Even at 3.8 Ghz, the temperature reaches around 75 degrees on the hottest core. Voltages used are 1.3v for 3.8 Ghz, and 1.425 was needed for 4.2. The CPU cooler is the Asus ...

I am in the process of overclocking my CPU. Running some tests right now to verify stability. I also wanted to overclock my GPU. I got a GTX260 Superclocked edition. I don't have any aftermarket cooling products in my computer other then a few extra case fans in my Antec Nine Hundred Two. Any recommendations as to how far to take it and test stability etc etc?

Am now just about to order new PC and have to make a choice.... I'm going to attempt my first overclock on my QX6700 to try and get another year out of it. What heatsink/fan would you recommend? I haven't read up on anything new, the last I heard the Zalman CNPS9700 was the best heatsink to get for this cpu.
