( I'm an accountant. Can I install QB in my external hard drive so I don't loose old versions when I change computers? I don't want to carry the system around, I just want to save the old versions when I get rid of this computer. , class="post_actions inline_edm">...

I've seen a lot of big forums with thousands of registered users still using old versions of forum software. For example: GTAforums.com use IPB 1.3 Final (they have more than 300000 registered users) GameReplays.org use IPB v2.1.7 (127065 registered members) Idolsforum use IPB 2.1.7 (95357 registered members) Neogaf use vB 3.5.3 (Members: 50,124 ) Tennisforum use vB 3.6.8 (...

Could someone recommend which version of AOL would work the fastest with tcp/ip over a dial up connection? Windows XP, and where to find the old version. Thank you so much. Lucy Lou

So, my issue is this: In VS 2008, I have multiple projects in a solution. In Solution A, I have a reference to Solution B (with copy local = true). I build B which generates a new .dll. Then, in A, I update the reference for B. So far, so good. In the bin folder for A, the .dll for B shows todays date with a time stamp of a few seconds ago. Everything's find. But when I build A the ...

I don't see any simple tool to remove old multiple versions of extensions, instead of just doing this manually one extension at a time. For example, I have: afnegjhmodlialliliiiiggokjdihila: 0.22/ cccpiddacjljmfbbgeimpelpndgpoknn: 0.5/ cdngiadmnkhgemkimkhiilgffbjijcie: 1.2.11.4/ 1.2.11.5/ 1.2.11.6/ chmimgmjdabgiilljdjfbonifbhiglao: 1.1.9.10/ 1.1.9.9/ ...

I have a number of projects I had created in Garageband v1.1 Recently I got a new iMac with Garageband 2009, so was very excited about working on my old projects. But when I try and open these old projects I get a screen message which says "opening" - but then it never goes beyond this point. So what's going on? Is Garageband 2009 backwards compatible with v1.1 projects? (I ...

Is it possible that are you making us pay for things that are free in the old version??? A phone like N70, when i tried to unlock N70 with 2.8.4 version it showed: Terminated with error: Response from server: Unable to decode PM, please use the repair feature. [00000880].00001512.00016050.000100B8 I believe this will deduct my credits yet the old version did not. ...

I understand where you're coming from Ryan, but I think the term 'laziness' has some really negative connotations. While you may be right in some circumstances, in others (especially where main version upgrades are in question) I think the major differences in underlying frameworks play a part, for instance: from phpBB 2.x to 3.x there was an enormous increase in load generated by the stock...

Why not try the new version of Aol 9.6? It's in beta but runs rather well. Anybody that's going to run a beta, has to remember there will be a regular process of updating to new builds, as the testing progresses. It's not like you just install it and use it forever. Addtionally, there is a hard freezing problem with that build. While some have seen it in different places, I get hit ...

( Before I install the new version, I create the additional directory\(c:/programs/QB2010\) or whatever so the new version goes where I want it to go, rather then wait for the install to tell me where to go. Then the install will not over-write the prior version. I have QB 2004, 2006, 2008, and soon 2010 on my PC. , class="postsignature inline_edm"> Paying taxes is my ...

Thanks Raptech. My old versions are compatible IF I upgrade to Office 2007 Home and Student for $90. :( Price valid until Jan 2nd and product contains everything I use except Outlook (for mail only) which I should probably switch to the Win 7 download product anyway.

Thanks Keath, that was the problem. I installed ImageMagick 6.5.8, which required me to upgrade Perl to 5.10.1.1006. After doing that I reinstalled the Image::Magick module and all is working again.

WHMCS is good and we are currently working on migration all our old accounts to this, but the problem they are too fast in releasing the versions, before we setup and migrate they release a new version and ask for upgrade fees.

FYI, expect 500 ERRORs from the getgo. One person complained of install's payload having old files from other vB versions on PL1 and it messed her upgrade up til she cleared it up. Anyone who was lucky enough to purchase extended support past mid-2010 is a very lucky person. By late Summer 2010, we'll see where vBulletin Solutions is with this product. Lots of vB owners are getting ready to ...
