Hey guys, I have an old school 468 BBC race engine built many moons ago. 12.7:1 CR, stainless o-rings in block deck, copper head gaskets. It currently uses 049 iron oval port heads. I have been contemplating switching to some aftermarket aluminum heads, but I was unsure if the current o-ring set up would work with the aluminum heads. People's opinion's seem to vary from "Only use MLS gaskets...

***MEGA BUMP*** Well, some time has elapsed so I thought I would update this. I got the motor back together and reinstalled. I used an OEM gasket and ARP Studs.
