Good list Nakamova. There are oats that are guaranteed gluten free. It is my opinion that you need to reduce refined grain products. Bulk up on veggies, non tropical fruits (the sweeter ones). I would also eliminate cow dairy for a minimum of three months to see if your body functions better without it. It is suggested to do so on the GFCF diet, along with soy and corn on the GARD diet. ...

I think it is or should be easy to prevent compulsive 'slips' just because there are equally good non-meat non-dairy non-egg foods that immitate meat/dairy/egg products...except whip cream...soy whip sucks.

As an Irish vegan, I have only a few options to choose from when choosing a non-dairy product, and they are mostly big-name brands like alpro or rice dream. Would you choose a more prolific brand of nd milk (like Silk) or a more local, organic, trustworthy brand of nd milk? If I had a choice I would buy the latter, because it would require less travel to get it to the store (most of the non-dairy...

I also love Blue Diamond Almond Breeze N/D milk.  I did an internet search for it after Colleen had mentioned it and I was delighted to see it comes in Vanilla unsweetened.   Eliminating the sugar really is a big plus for me.  Also (as Colleen mentioned) it is manufactured by a Nut Company...not a dairy company as Silk (a branch of Dean Foods) is.  I would rather not send any money to the ...
