I have been trying to find a way to connect, forward the signal, recieve the signal from my Verizon Fios wireless router up to my WGT624 V3 Netgear router. I have the same problem...Dell Laptop on XP does not connect to the Desktop running Vista.  It had worked, then didn't. The laptop can see the wifi router, but it can't get into the network.  I should add this is a direct network connection, not a shared one, but the Desktop controls the access.
