Message states: "No wireless networks were found in range. Make sure wireless switch on your computer is on." The Netgear tech support person tried a few things, then said the problem must be with ...

Bought my new laptop dm3-1035dx on Friday. So far great laptop but one major problem. It refuses to connect with my wireless router at my home which is a Netgear WGR614v3. Connects with other wireless routers in public hotspots no problem. Got the laptop to connect with the wireless HP printer so I don't think it is the router. I've spent hours crawling through HP, Netgear and...

I have the same problem...Dell Laptop on XP does not connect to the Desktop running Vista. It had worked, then didn't. The laptop can see the wifi router, but it can't get into the network. I should add this is a direct network connection, not a shared one, but the Desktop controls the access.
