does anybody have any experiance with this modem I purchased one last year and failed to get it to operate..so its sat on the shelf... my 3g dongle( 3 network) works fine but swap the sim to the netgear and nothing its as if the netgear cant read the sim... setting up netgear g834g modem/router

Ok so I believe the problem with my dsl connection lies in the westell 6100 modem verizon gave us so I went out to best buy in search of a new modem. The only dsl one they had was the netgear g834g which is apparently both a modem and a router. Can someone tell me how to set it up? I can't seem to figure it out. I'm on the west coast in LA right now so I think it's DHCP.
