Nerf bars and handle bars I have a set of Tusk nerf bars for sale. They are for an 06 and up trx. They could use some new nets. I think they are about 15 bucks on rocky mountain atv. I'd like to get 70 bucks shipped. I also have some stock handle bars. I'll take 25 bucks shipped for those. I can email pics.

Nerf Bars with heel guards I've come to the conclusion that there are no nerf bars with aluminum heel guards available for a 2008. Are there any aluminum nerf bars available that work without removing or majorly modifying the stock plastic heel guards? I bought the DG's and it looks like the stock heel guards will have to come off, although the instructions don't mention removing them....

Had somebody sideswipe me the other day. Naturally it appears that he does not want to take reponsibility Need to replace my step so now I am considering wheel to wheel nerf bars. If I had a strong bar I think it would have prevented the 4k+ in damage. Anybody recomend any product? Nothing I googled up really looked that strong. Or should I have something custum made?

I did not know what to do with the space on the side of my thing after installing a 3"body lift so we bought a old set of nerf bars off a full size truck and cut them down and welded them on. To address the inherent cooling problem in the thing, we devised a ram air setup using the stock side scoops on the '74, and some 3" tubing we got at an auto parts store. Add some welds and ...

Hi all, am finally a registered "NEWBIE" but have been snooping around this site in the past (great site, tons of info!). Picked up a brand new 2010 Tundra Crewmax last week and did some research for step bars for it. Having switched over from an F150 with the XTR package, I had a liking to the oval nerf style tubes, so I opted to go for the IONIC 5" oval Railway bars as I've read elsewhere ...

Welcome from SC! I have the Ionic 5" oval step bars on my 08 DC and wife and I both really like them. I like the wide flat top surface-makes for a solid secure step and the mounting is rock solid too. Cost was about the same as well. 08 DC SR5 desert sand 5.7L

This is for the 1993 xlt, so white would be nice if possible. O.K. I'll admit, I'm way bigger than I should be. That said, I'm looking for some side nerf bars to use, with step pads on them. I see a lot on the market, but would like the expertise of some of you who already have mounted these things. Who makes the strongest set? BTW, I weigh 330 lbs, hence the desire for some hefty bars. So far, I...

I had a set of the CARR steps on mine, they are the wider steps not the single foot size style. they mounted to the rocker and floor , they are very strong mounted, I'm 6'8 and 290 and they don't seem to move, but I've not actually jumped up and down on them, but I trust standing on them.

Them putco's in wheel to wheel are a little over a grand I'm thinking some 4" tubing covered in bed liner is the way I'm gonna go. I have to see if I can find a place to put the 2 bends in it
