Just found a letter to my old man as he got his tyres done there 3 months ago, and they are offering to replace a pair of tyres from £38 (budget) or all 4 from £70!!!!!! although they will be really bad tyres thats a good offer i think. I paid £70 for 1 tyre from quickfit ages ago and thats apparently budget price too And shoite loads of other offers like 4-3 on avon tyres, half price wheel ...

Just please check all the samll print as they tend to miss off the 'valve, balance & fitting' or the VAT. Known a few people fall foul to this at National, Kwik Fit and ATS and I was one of them. Always double check that the price includes everything before you purchace

Avoid. My exhaust was making a wee knocking noise whenever I turned off the engine. So I took it to my local mechanic, the guy I go to all the time and he said "Aye, you've just lost a bracket and it's knocking against the gaurd when you turn the engine off". Just wondered if anyone had used this National Tyres offer... Castrol 5/40 fully synthetic oil change and a filter change. quote just £34 for my E90,N46 318i. I think the oil is the correct stuff, but to retain the BMW warranty do you think It would be wise to purchase a genuine BMW filter and get them to fit it, as I suspect it's very unlikely they would fit a genuine BMW oil filter....

I've bought a Ragazon centre section and Remus back box from the web, and got National Tyres to fit them, and had no problems, however I've just replaced the short front downpipe and this time they seem to have botched it up as it blows and rasps every time you rev it . . so be careful who you take it to !

Do you have a cat for my 1999 3.0 166 ? May need one as National Tyres boched fitting the short downpipe which sounds as though it's not fitted properly cos when you rev it, it still sounds as though there's air escaping, but there are no external leaks . . Cheers.
