You can read more about this at http://www.w3schools.com/schema/schema_schema.asp . I'm just enforcing http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema standard here on the schema elements. On OTN, you can find related xsd tutorial at http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/articles/sriv astava_namespaces.html

I am working on a library with custom components and I want the library to have a custom namespace.  From my reading, it looks like I need to create a manifest.xml file to associate by components with a specific namespace.
