Hey everyone I have a question about NO xplode and about creatine in general. If I take NO xplode irregulary (not every workout) will it mess up my body and cause a creatine shock? I know NO XPLODE has a very small amount of creatine in it but does it do anything I have been back and fourth about creatine. What keeps me from staying on it is the feeling of weakness once I cycle off of it.

Would this be beneficial to me as a distance runner? Would it help if I took some before a race? I'm already pretty good (4:42 1600m, 16:17 5k, 10:04 3200m), but I'm looking to gain that extra edge.

I just got this stuff today and tried for the first time. I've heard so many good things about this product, but I felt that it didn't give me as much energy as I thought it would, however about 15 mins. after taking it, I felt a little jittery boost. Does anyone else out there take this stuff, and is it supposed to work really well on the first day, or does it take time?

Hi...I am looking for some feedback on a product called BSN N.O. Xplode. Is this is a good product? I use protein constantly and have jsut cycled off creatine and am ready to go back on it and came across this product. It looks like it contains creating and a number of other things. Should I go with this or just your typical creapure creatine powder? Is this more for the hardcore ...

The new no xplode formula has worked great for me. Best pwo supp i've had in a while... really increased the vascularity the most, lifts went up, etc... I've tried superpump, purple wraath, and animal pump, this works the best I think! Anyone else try this stuff?

So I went through my second can of Jacked and don't have the money to grab another N.O. product at the moment so I got out my old tub of N.O. Xplode. I've been through three cans of White Flood, two cans of Superpump, one can of GNC's Amplified N.O., and two of Jacked, as stated before. Not sure how, but I have been on a ****ing rage for the last two days at the gym. (Energy for three straight ...

I had the blue rasp, and I have to say it was very similar in taste to the blue rasp shock therapy. Old Version of no xplode is 35 i believe for 50 servings. comparedable to sp250 which is 40 servings @ 38 i think... I heard alot of downtalk on this product from other people and was expectting to be let down. But I really enjoyed this workout. I took it around 1.5 hours after waking up and not ...

lol, creatine shock as you call it doesn't exist. That "down" feeling you would get after stopping use has nothing to do with creatine. It would be from the caffeine and tyrosine thats also in NO-xplode. These are powerful stimulants which your body can become addicted to (although addicted is kind of a harsh word for it). If your really afraid of this, you could always buy NO products ...
