Interesting, OK, thanks for posting. I have really observed how difficult it is for my mother to move.  Even walking is becoming a strain. By the way, muscle loss starts by the time we hit 40, and unless we exercise regularly we continue to lose and lose more muscle, each and every year. yeah, those 'drinks' are made for elderly people who often have no appetite and stop eating enough, causing malnourishment, weight loss, adn that least to illness. they aren't for healthy 14 year olds looking to add muscle.
