Ehh, the dextrose doesn't really improve flavor IMO and you don't deplete muscle glycogen stores enough bodybuilding to require the insulin spike after a workout. It was previously believed you needed a bunch of quickly available carbs to restore levels, but then its been shown that only endurance athletes actually deplete muscle glycogen. You'd benefit more from tossing in some ground up oats ...
