Thanks SifuMike. The problem was first experienced on 27 - 28 of September weekend. I believe a couple of game were downloaded and install around then too. But one of the first recovery actions was to do a System Restore to before that weekend. My comp is very slow during start up. When i start the comp after windows loads then all i can see is my background and mouse pointer. Still seeing the ad.yieldmanager and ad.doubleclick flash in the status bar when certain web pages are loading. Performance seems to have improved slightly, but this could just be my imagination.
