Hello Gerri121, Thank you for your post.  Try the FFDShow Codec, I have included a link to it below.  This Codec is compatible with Windows Media Player 11.  Somehow, it sounds like your previous Codec was either corrupted or overwritten. http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm Please let us know if this did or didn't help to resolve your problem.
